All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images shown. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.

• • Many rugs are made to order with a 16-24 week production time
• • Dimensions may vary by up to 2 inches due to the handcrafted nature
• • Colors may have natural variations typical of hand-dyed wool
• • Custom orders are final sale and non-returnable

Ordering and Payment

Your order is an offer to buy a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• • Shipping costs are calculated separately where applicable
• • International customers are responsible for customs duties
• • Payment is due in full upon order placement

Sales Policy

All sales are final. Each Azral rug is handwoven by master artisans, often made to order, and represents a unique work of art. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to contact us before purchasing.

2-Year Guarantee

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery date under normal use. See our 2-Year Guarantee page.
