Every Azral rug is handwoven to order specifically for you and quality-inspected by our team before shipment. All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once weaving has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Each rug is sold "as is," in its handcrafted, made-to-order condition. The variations inherent to handweaving, minor irregularities in pattern, subtle color nuances, slight dimensional differences, natural texture, and fringe character, are the signature of authentic Amazigh craft, not defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azral makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
While all sales are final, we stand behind safe delivery. If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, contact us promptly with clear photos of the packaging and the rug, along with your order number. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
